The best way to reach Crafnia is contact@crafnia.com. Messages go directly to the person who builds and maintains the apps.
What to write about
- A bug or something that looks wrong — tell us which app, what you did, what you expected and what happened. The device and browser help a lot.
- A correction — if a number, formula or sentence in a calculator or guide looks incorrect, point to the page and we will check it.
- Privacy requests — the apps do not ask you to create an account, so there is usually nothing personal to remove, but you can ask what is stored.
- Partnerships and advertising questions — one short paragraph about what you have in mind is enough.
What to expect
This is a one-person workshop, so there is no help desk and no guaranteed response time. Every message is read. Please do not send passwords, wallet seed phrases or private keys: no support request ever needs them.
